Privacy & cookie policy
In short: we use what you type into our form only to answer you, and we never sell it. Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
1. Purpose of this policy
EHS-PRO (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, who receives it and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations, the consents you give us, and, for visitors from the EU and UK, the GDPR.
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit your details through the site.
2. Types of information
Personal information identifies you, alone or combined with other details: for example your name, email address and phone number.
Usage information describes how the site is used, without your name: pages viewed, time on site, clicks, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and where you came from. We collect it through Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. How we collect information
- The early-access form: name, work email, phone (optional), the area you are interested in, and your consent choices with their date, time and page address.
- Email: anything you write to us.
- Analytics cookies: usage information, only after you click “Accept”.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (such as IP address and time) for security only.
You are not legally required to give us your details. Without a name and email we cannot reply to you. Please give accurate details and tell us if they change.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To understand which parts of the site interest visitors and improve it, using usage information. Legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies.
- To keep a record of your consents. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not combine analytics data with the details you give in the form.
5. Marketing messages
We send marketing emails only if you ticked the separate marketing box, as required by section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982. Continuing to use the site is never treated as consent to marketing. Every marketing message is marked as advertising and includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to Info@ehsprosys.com.
6. Who receives information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We pass it on only:
- to service providers that work for us and only as needed to run the site: our email provider (Google, through Gmail), our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, if you accepted analytics, Google;
- with your explicit consent;
- if a court or other competent authority orders us to;
- in a legal dispute between you and us that requires it;
- to prevent activity that we reasonably believe is unlawful or breaches our terms of use;

8. Storage and transfers outside Israel
The website and the early-access form are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union. Our email runs on Google’s Gmail, which may store messages in the United States and other countries. Google may also process analytics data in the United States. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We transfer data outside Israel only to countries with adequate protection or with appropriate safeguards. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing adequate protection. Our providers process the data under their data processing terms, which include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where required.
9. How long we keep information
- Enquiry details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Consent records: as long as we need them to show what you agreed to.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
10. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. This site uses:
Essential (always on). Not cookies but two settings in your browser's local storage: ehs-consent (your cookie choice, so we don't ask again; kept 6–13 months) and ehs-motion (whether you paused motion). They are never sent to us.
Analytics (only with your consent). Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept 13 months, used to count visits, pages viewed, time on site and clicks.
We do not use advertising cookies, pixels, session recording or chat widgets. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fully without analytics cookies.
11. Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are kept in an access-controlled database that only we can reach, and only people who need your details to answer you can see them. No system is completely immune to unauthorised access. If a serious security incident affects your information, we will act as the law requires, including notifying the authorities and you where necessary.
12. Minors
The site is meant for businesses and for adults over 18. Do not send us information about anyone under 18 without written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
13. Third-party sites
The site may link to other websites. They are independent, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Access to your information
You may see the personal information we hold about you, yourself or through an authorised representative or guardian, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (sections 13–14 of the Protection of Privacy Law). You may also ask us to delete it once it is no longer needed to answer you, or after you withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can also withdraw any consent at any time. We provide access in Hebrew or English.
Write to Info@ehsprosys.com with your request. We may ask for reasonable details to confirm it is you, and we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
15. Visitors from the EU, UK and California
EU and UK visitors also have the right to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to their data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal by not loading analytics.
